2011The Origin

The idea takes shape

Alvin Leito founds T.C.P.A. Consultancy and develops the 5-P Formula©: a human-first way of building organizations. Everything TDG does grows from these roots: people before products, and profit as a result, never as the goal.

2018The Spark

The door-to-door proof

Solo and unannounced, Alvin visits households in The Hague and Leiden with one question: will strangers participate in a circular-economy visit? 14% said yes on the spot. By his own math, 5% participation is already enough. The concept is proven; the venture is born.

Viisiit.® rises

TDG's first venture, Viisiit.®, turns the idea into a door-to-door circular economy platform: home collection of valuable materials, personal guidance by local Viisiitors, and rewards for everyone who joins the circular economy.
